OK, Google: Teach Our Teachers!
On the Friday before Mid-Winter Break, teachers and staff spent that Professional Development Day steeped in the many uses of Google Apps for Education with the help of certified Google instructors.
Available sessions included:
- Google Sites for Student Portfolios
- K-2: Make Thinking Visible with iPads!
- Digital Lesson Design with Hyperdocs
Burke's became a Google Apps for Education school several years ago and continues to explore all of the possibilities that the suite of programs makes available to our students. This June, the Professional Development Institute (held the week after Commencement) will include even more learning opportunities for our Burke's educators!
