The 4th Annual Interactive Egyptian Museum returns to Burke’s!

This popular fifth grade project explores a wide variety of questions about Egyptian history and culture.

Handmade dioramas are outfitted with mechanical elements, which are coded to prompt audio descriptions that the girls record themselves. The fully interactive exhibits showcase the girls' research, making and programming skills. This year’s trailer was created to build excitement throughout the community and a great time was had by all! Fifth grade docents were available to share their learning experiences with visitors and everyone was especially excited to put our new multi-functional classroom space in the Campus Center to a new use!

Once again, this year's museum was a fantastic example of the students’ ability to work together as teammates, develop strong communication skills and create a fun and supportive work environment.
