The Interactive Egyptian Museum Returns!

The 3rd Annual Interactive Egyptian Museum made its return to Makery Down on January 17!
This popular fifth grade project explores a wide variety of questions about Egyptian history and culture. Handmade dioramas are outfitted with mechanical elements, which are coded to prompt audio descriptions that the girls record themselves. The fully interactive exhibits showcase the girls' research, making and programming skills.

Once again, this year's museum was a fantastic example of the students’ ability to work together as teammates. Fifth
grade docents were available in the morning and afternoon to share their learning experiences with visitors. Click here to see the 2019 photos.
