Jennifer McClanahan-Flint

Jennifer McClanahan-Flint was a law firm administrator and human resource professional for more than 16 years. She started her corporate career in investment banking recruiting at JP Morgan, then transitioned to law firm management with Skadden then Foley & Larder.
After her success in the corporate world, she shifted her focus to provide a deeper level of service to high-achieving professional working women and people of color to help them obtain the autonomy and financial security they need to thrive in their careers. As an Executive Career Strategist, she helps ambitious women and people of color navigate compensation, bias, and their career progression so they can continue to rise professionally.
Jennifer also supports the HR function at The Branson School as its Director of Human Resources.
Jennifer became involved in Burke’s community when her daughter Zoë entered kindergarten. She actively supported Burke’s efforts to build an environment in which girls participate in a diverse learning environment. She has co-chaired the Parents’ Association Inclusivity & Community Building committee for the past two years.

At Burke’s, Jennifer chairs the Equity and Inclusion Committee and serves on the Governance and Head Evaluation Committees.
Burke's mission is to educate, encourage and empower girls. Our school combines academic excellence with an appreciation for childhood so that students thrive as learners, develop a strong sense of self, contribute to community, and fulfill their potential, now and throughout life.
