| The Varsity Gold team (pictured above in funny picture mode) showed that while they always had a good time they also knew how to play some good volleyball. Coach Mandelsen took a team including many inexperienced players and together they showed just how much one team can improve over a season. They struggled in their early games but came into their own mid way through and with a late season surge sailed into a playoff spot. Although we lost out at the semi-final stage, to claimed third palce in the league, the game was skillful and exciting to watch. Congratulations to Coach Mandelsen and the Varsity Gold players on a season where we just kept getting stronger. |
