The physical education program is designed to teach students about their bodies: how they work and how to keep them healthy. We provide activities to enhance and develop each child. Daily lessons are structured for quality learning experiences that create an environment fostering individual success, positive self-image, and growth through self-discovery. Health education is part of our program.

Academic and music course work are integrated as well. Daily success in physical education leads to social and emotional growth that can assist academic achievement. Exercise enhances brain development.
