Ways To Be Green
Burke's and the Burke's Parents' Association are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment and are taking steps to embrace this commitment. As our girls head back to school, here are three ways you can "Be Green" at Burke's!
1) Bus to Burke's
Our third and final Bus to Burke's week took place on March 29 - April 1. Many thanks to everyone who participated.

2) Carpooling
Carpools are a great way to get to know other families within our school community and decrease the number of cars driving to and from school. To see the families that live closest to your home or work, click here.
3) Pack waste free lunches for your daughter!
If you pack your child's lunch, Burke's has both compost and recycle bins in the lunchroom. No need to send anything to the landfill! Go waste free.
4) Buy a used uniform!
Why buy all new? Be kind to both the environment and your wallet by including at least one used uniform in your daughter's school wardrobe. Used uniforms are especially good for art class days!
