How to Order Burke's Items

1. Print the Burke's Item order form or go behind Mrs. Coleman's desk and locate the Burke's Items folder for an already printed form;
2. Please fill out the order completely including your name, your daughter's name, grade and home room;
3. Please leave the form with a check attached in the Burke's Items folder (or have your daughter give it to Mrs. Coleman to put in the Burke's Items folder);
4. We will process the order within a couple of days;
5. Please email us after you leave your order in the folder so that we know it is there.  This will ensure faster delivery as the folder is only checked once a week.
