Admissions Preview

This informational morning for interested parents and guardians offers panel discussions led by members of the Burke's community, a brief campus tour, presentations from academic departments, and, importantly, informal conversation with current students, faculty and administrators. Burke's Family Festival 2011
Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Bring your entire family for a day of fun! Burke's Parents' Association organizes this annual school fair to benefit our student financial assistance and faculty and staff professional development programs. Please, no dogs on campus. $5 admission per person.  Click here for a flyer.

Campus Tours
October through December 2011
(Required for applicant parents and guardians)
Group tours are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. -10:45 a.m. and enable you to see a regular school day at Burke's. Tours are led by parent docents and include a Q&A session with current seventh and eighth grade students and school administrators. Reservations are required. Middle School Information Night

Burke's Financial Assistance Workshop
Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

If you would like assistance in applying for financial aid, please plan to attend our Financial Assistance Workshop. As with other independent schools, Burke's uses the School and Student Services (SSS) by NAIS to do a standardized calculation to determine need. This evening will focus on how to complete a Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) application, and answer questions about financial aid and the admissions process.
