Staff

The Katherine Delmar Burke School library has two librarians, Susan Faust and Helen Wiley. Both Ms. Faust and Ms. Wiley have over twenty years of experience at the school, hold Masters degrees in library science and educational technology, and are active in the American Library Association, having served on Newbery Medal, Caldecott Medal, Sibert Medal and Notable Book selection committees. As an engineer and the parent of two Burke's graduates, our Library Assistant Sue Wyatt has the technical know-how to keep the library running smoothly.

Volunteers
The library depends on a strong team of volunteers to perform important tasks such as shelving and book processing. The Library Volunteer Program is coordinated by Patti Kim-Gable.
